Express Project Setup (Fast-Track)
Get a new real-estate project fully set up — property, deal numbers, build scope, and payment wallet — in a guided 4-step wizard.
The investor launches Express Setup, enters the property address so Dovel iQ can pull public/MLS records (with a not-found fallback), confirms the auto-filled property data, then captures deal P&L numbers, picks a build scope, and activates a payment wallet either by auto-linking an account or entering a card/bank account manually. After wallet activation they land on a review screen where they can edit costs or linked accounts before confirming.
