- User can launch the Fast-Track wizard; on entry the app calls POST /projects to create a draft project and routes to Step 1 on success.
- System polls GET /projects/{project_id}/setup-status and reflects overall setup progress (property, deal numbers, build scope, wallet) on the wizard shell.
- If POST /projects fails, the user sees an error message and can retry without losing the wizard entry point.
