Close a project
Formally close out a finished or stopped real-estate project, capture its final financials for the P&L, and leave feedback.
The user starts from the Close Project screen and picks one of three outcomes: Property Sold, Refinanced & Hold, or Forfeited/Abandoned. Each path opens an outcome-specific details form (sale figures, refinance/rental terms, or abandonment costs with document upload), then shows a final Project Overview P&L summary. After completion the user is asked to rate their experience and sees a thank-you/success confirmation.
