- User can upload final project photos; on selection, the app calls POST /projects/{project_id}/closure/photos and shows upload confirmation for each image.
- User can select their next intent (e.g., reinvest, pause, exit); on save, the app calls PATCH /projects/{project_id}/closure/next-intent and reflects the saved selection.
- On submit, the app calls POST /projects/{project_id}/close and, on success, routes the user to the rate-your-experience screen (screen 6).
- System validates required fields (e.g., at least one photo if mandatory) and blocks submission with inline errors until requirements are met.
