Personal profile & account deletion

Review and edit personal details, and optionally delete the account permanently.

From the Settings hub the user opens Personal info to view/edit name, email, phone and address. Tapping Delete account triggers a confirmation modal warning the action is permanent, followed by a loading screen that removes all records (with a last-chance 'Save my account' cancel).
