DELETE /settings/profile

Acceptance criteria · drafted by Product agent

User is shown a clear warning that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone before confirming.
On confirmation, the app calls DELETE /settings/profile to permanently delete the account.
On successful deletion, the user is signed out and shown a confirmation that their account has been deleted.
If the DELETE /settings/profile call fails, the account remains active and the user sees an error message with a retry option.
