Layout
Give the investor one place to see every payment method on their account and which project(s), if any, each one is attached to.
States
- **Default**: list of payment methods with project attachment.
- **Multi-project**: a method attached to more than one project shows all of them.
- **Empty**: no payment methods yet; prompt directs the user to add one from a project's wallet setup.
Acceptance criteria
- The list shows every payment method on the account — Dovel Project Cards, connected accounts/cards, and manually added sources.
- Each payment method shows which project(s) it is currently attached to, or "Not attached to a project" if unattached.
- The screen is reachable from account-level navigation, not only from inside a single project's wallet.
- A payment method attached to more than one project shows all of them, not just one.
- If no payment methods exist yet, an empty state directs the user to add one from a project's wallet setup rather than showing an error or blank screen.
