Layout
Central place to see and create the vendors (contractors, suppliers) associated with a project.
States
- **Default**: list of existing vendors for the project.
- **Empty**: no vendors yet — explanatory message with "Add vendor" call to action.
- **Manual add**: short form with name (required), trade/category, contact info (optional).
- **Field error**: blank name on save shows an inline error on the name field.
Acceptance criteria
- I can view a list of vendors linked to the current project.
- I can manually add a vendor with at minimum a name; trade/category and contact are optional.
- I can create a vendor directly from an existing transaction.
- I can create a vendor directly from an invoice.
- Every vendor shown here is scoped to the current project.
- Attempting to save a vendor with a blank name shows a field-level error and does not save.
