States
- **Default**: all sections shown with their current status and a summary.
- **Editing**: tapping "Edit" on any section routes to that section's own screen with existing values pre-filled; returning comes back here with updated values.
- **Blocked**: "Create project" disabled while any required section does not meet its minimum rules.
- **Ready**: all required sections meet their minimum rules; "Create project" enabled.
Acceptance criteria
- All 9 sections are shown: Property details, Project cost, Other Financing costs, Construction Budget, Expense Reconciliation, Profitability, Exit plan, Project build scope, and Connected accounts *(corrected from the original 7-section list — see Design note)*.
- Completed sections show a summary of key values and a "complete" badge.
- Incomplete, skipped, or needs-review sections are clearly labelled as such, never hidden or shown as complete.
- Every section has an "Edit details" action that opens that section's input screen with existing values pre-filled.
- After editing and saving a section, the user returns to this screen with the updated values reflected.
- "Create project" is enabled only when every required section meets its minimum completion rules.
