Deal Details, Exit Plan & P&L Baseline

Single screen combining three stories that all live on the same input surface: the deal's core financial assumptions (DOV-015), the exit strategy that determines how those assumptions are modeled (DOV-016), and a live preliminary P&L that recalculates from both (DOV-017). ### Layout notes - **Deal details section** (DOV-015): purchase price, pre-construction costs, estimated construction budget, expected completion date, expected sale price. - **Exit plan section** (DOV-016): two-option selector — "Sell immediately" / "Refinance & rent" — positioned within the same screen, not a separate step. - **P&L preview section** (DOV-017): read-only, recalculates live as the fields above change; labelled "Preliminary estimate"; lists any cost category not yet included rather than treating it as zero. ### States - **Default**: empty required fields, no P&L preview shown yet. - **Partial input**: P&L preview appears once purchase price, estimated construction budget, and expected sale price are all saved; any other missing cost categories are labelled as not yet included. - **Warning (non-blocking)**: expected sale price below estimated total cost, or expected completion date in the past — both show a warning but do not block continuing. - **Exit plan unselected**: continuing is blocked until one option is chosen. - **Post-confirmation edit**: purchase costs, financing, or actual spend confirmed elsewhere later — P&L preview label updates from "Preliminary estimate" toward actual vs. budget variance (DOV-017-AC4), reflected here or on the dashboard. ### Acceptance criteria (superseded — see SCR-SETUP-10) - Fields for purchase price, pre-construction costs, estimated construction budget, expected completion date, and expected sale price were all present, with the same validation, exit-plan, and P&L-preview behavior now specified on `SCR-SETUP-10`.
