- **Default**: neither option selected, both cards visible. - **Selected**: chosen card highlighted; a "Continue" action proceeds with that route. - **Returning to a Fast-Track project**: if reached again for a project already created via Fast Track, this screen is not re-shown for route selection — the user instead lands in the full detailed sections directly (see DOV-009-AC6, handled outside this screen).
