App-launch loading screen shown while the app initializes and checks auth state, before routing to SCR-ONBOARD-01 (unauthenticated), a resumed onboarding/setup step, or project home (authenticated). **Confirmed 2026-07-14** — resolved from draft: this is a real, minimal screen with no branching logic of its own (the branching is an app-init implementation detail, not a UI behavior this screen needs to specify).
