Layout
Give the investor a record of what's been handled — completed and dismissed actions — separate from the active inbox.
States
- **Default**: chronological history of Done and Dismissed actions.
- **Empty**: no history yet — explanatory empty state.
- **Filtered**: filterable by status (Done vs. Dismissed) or by project.
Acceptance criteria
- Every action has exactly one status at any time: Open, Done, Dismissed, or Snoozed.
- I can dismiss an action that doesn't need action, separately from marking it done.
- Completed and dismissed actions move out of the active inbox into this history view.
- I can review past actions and see their resolution status here.
- Dismissed actions remain in this history — they are not deleted.
