Get the investor from "here's what needs attention" to "it's fixed" in one tap, by deep-linking to the exact screen that resolves the action rather than making them find it themselves.
States
- **Resolvable**: action's target screen loads normally; resolving the underlying issue there closes the action.
- **Already resolved elsewhere**: if the user already fixed the issue via another path, the action is shown as closed rather than re-prompting.
- **Broken link**: underlying item was deleted or no longer exists — clear explanation shown instead of an error or dead navigation.
Acceptance criteria
- Tapping an action navigates directly to the exact screen where it can be resolved.
- Resolving the underlying issue on that screen updates the action's status automatically.
- Returning to the action inbox after resolving shows the action as done/closed.
- If the action can no longer be resolved because the underlying item is gone, a clear explanation is shown instead of a broken link.
