Single screen combining two stories that live on the same card: reading and understanding an insight (DOV-076) and resolving it (DOV-077). They're documented together because resolution is an action taken directly on the same card the investor just read — there is no separate "resolve" screen.
States
- **Default**: full cause/impact/action content, resolution controls enabled.
- **Already resolved elsewhere**: if the underlying issue was resolved by an action taken on another screen before this card was reopened, the card shows the updated status instead of a stale prompt to act.
- **Resolution save failed**: error shown, resolution controls remain active, nothing already read or entered is lost.
Acceptance criteria
- The card explains the cause in plain language (e.g. overspend, holding cost impact, missing transaction review).
- The card explains the impact on budget, timeline, or profit.
- The card recommends one or two specific next actions, never a longer list.
- Each recommended action links directly to the relevant transaction, budget category, document, or project screen.
- Severity is shown on the card, consistent with the feed row it was opened from.
- Done, Dismissed, and Review Later are all available as explicit actions on the card.
- Marking Done or Dismissed removes the insight from the active feed and records the decision.
- Marking Review Later keeps the insight in the feed, flagged, rather than removing it.
- If the underlying issue is resolved via another screen, this card reflects the updated status without requiring a duplicate manual resolution.
