Show the user every financing source together, roll in acquisition loan cost from Purchase Costs, and summarize total funding, burn, and investor obligations before moving on.
States
- **Default**: all confirmed sources listed with the rolled-in acquisition loan cost.
- **No sources, financing selected**: prompt to add a source or mark the section as skipped/incomplete.
- **Adding another source**: routes into FLOW-FIN-01/02/03 without discarding existing sources.
- **Complete**: section marked complete once minimum required data is present, user proceeds.
Acceptance criteria
- The financing summary shows each source with its key terms and an edit button.
- The loan cost captured from the closing statement in Purchase Costs (using the canonical category list confirmed on SCR-BUDGET-02/05) is brought here and added to the total financing cost, alongside financing-specific fees (lender fees, agent/broker fees).
- A summary row shows total funding, total **monthly interest**, and total investor profit obligation.
- Tapping "Add another funding source" lets me add a new source without losing existing ones.
- Continuing from this screen marks the financing section as complete if the minimum required data is present.
- If I selected financing but added no sources, I am prompted to add one or mark the section as skipped/incomplete.
