Layout

Let the user upload a loan agreement or term sheet and have Dovel extract financing terms automatically, using the same upload pattern as purchase costs.

States

- **Default**: no file selected. - **File selected**: file name shown, remove/replace available. - **Analyzing**: progress state while Dovel extracts terms. - **Extracted**: candidate financing source with confidence indicators shown, hands off to SCR-FIN-07 for review. - **Extraction failed**: retry, replace document, or switch to manual entry (SCR-FIN-02 → SCR-FIN-03/04/05).

Acceptance criteria

  • I can upload a financing document (e.g. loan agreement, term sheet) using the same upload flow as purchase costs.
  • After upload, Dovel analyses the document and shows extracted financing terms with confidence indicators.
  • Extracted terms are presented as a candidate financing source for me to review before confirming (navigates to SCR-FIN-07).
  • If extraction fails, I can retry, replace the document, or switch to manual entry.
  • Financing extraction is separate from purchase cost extraction — each uses its own data model.
