Capture the terms of a revolving credit line so Dovel understands available credit and current draw for the project.
States
- **Default**: fields empty.
- **Draw exceeds limit**: validation warning shown when current draw is greater than credit limit.
- **No current draw**: credit line counts as available funding only, not current spend.
- **Saved**: source appears in the financing summary.
Acceptance criteria
- The form has fields for: credit limit, current draw, interest rate, and monthly payment.
- If current draw is greater than credit limit, I see a validation warning.
- Available credit is calculated and shown as: credit limit − current draw.
- If there is no current draw, the credit line counts as available funding only — not current spend.
- The saved source appears in the financing summary.
