Layout

Determine up front whether the project uses any external financing, so Dovel knows whether to collect lender, investor, or credit line details.

States

- **Default**: neither choice selected. - **"No" selected**: project marked owner-funded, proceeds to next setup step; this state renders as complete, never as an error or warning elsewhere in the product. - **"Yes" selected**: proceeds to financing type selection.

Acceptance criteria

  • The screen asks "Are you using external financing?" with two choices: "Yes, I am using some financing" and "No, I am using only my own funds".
  • Choosing "Yes" navigates to SCR-FIN-02.
  • Choosing "No" marks the project as owner-funded and proceeds to the next step.
  • Owner-funded is a valid complete state — it does not show as an error or missing item.
  • If a financing source is added later, the funding method updates automatically from owner-funded to mixed.
