Layout
Track a generated draw through to payment, and reflect payment in the project's funding/cash position when the project actually has a financing source to reflect it against.
States
- **Submitted**: status set, no cash position change yet.
- **Approved**: status updated; still no cash position change.
- **Paid, financed project**: status updated; project cash position reflects the draw.
- **Paid, owner-funded project**: status updated; no cash-position section shown — there is no financing cash position to update.
Acceptance criteria
- I can mark a generated draw as Submitted, Approved, or Paid.
- The current status is visible alongside the draw's summary and checklist.
- Marking a draw Paid updates the project's funding and cash position when the project has at least one confirmed financing source (FEAT-05).
- If the project is owner-funded with no financing sources, status can still be tracked and updated without a cash-position change.
- The draw's status changes are kept as a visible history, not just a single overwritten current value.
