Layout
Let the investor find and close evidence gaps before generating a draw report, so a lender doesn't bounce the request for missing documentation.
States
- **Default**: items with evidence show a resolved indicator; items missing evidence show a flagged indicator with an inline add action.
- **Adding evidence**: tapping "Add evidence" opens the FEAT-10 upload flow scoped to that item; on return, the item's status updates immediately.
- **All complete**: completeness bar shows 100%; flagged indicators cleared.
Acceptance criteria
- Each item missing required evidence (invoice, receipt, or photo) shows a clear "missing evidence" indicator.
- I can add a missing invoice, receipt, or photo directly from this screen without leaving draw preparation.
- Adding evidence to an item updates its completeness status immediately, without requiring a page reload.
- The screen shows overall evidence completeness (e.g. "3 of 8 items need evidence") before I continue to generate a report.
- Items that remain incomplete stay visible and flagged — they are never removed from the list or the eventual report.
