Surface costs recorded in the project that don't yet have supporting documentation, so nothing is missing when it matters — lender review, audit, or just clean books.
States
- **Default**: gaps listed.
- **Empty**: no gaps — all spend has supporting evidence, shown as a clear positive state.
- **Gap resolved**: entry is removed automatically once a document is uploaded and matched.
Acceptance criteria
- Transactions or budget categories with recorded spend but no linked supporting document are identified and listed here.
- Evidence gaps are visually distinct from costs that already have supporting documents.
- Tapping a gap opens document upload/capture (SCR-DOCS-01) with the project and category pre-filled.
- Once a document is uploaded and matched to a flagged cost, the gap clears automatically.
- An empty gap list (all spend has evidence) is shown as a clear, positive state, not treated as an error.
