Layout
Confirm or edit what the system extracted from an uploaded document, and where it belongs, before anything is saved as final.
States
- **Default**: fields pre-filled from extraction.
- **Partial extraction**: some fields empty, clearly marked as needing manual entry, never silently skipped.
- **Edited**: user has changed a suggested value.
- **Save error**: retry available, all edits preserved.
Acceptance criteria
- Supplier, amount, date, category, and document type are shown as editable fields, pre-filled from extraction where available.
- A suggested project and category are shown and can be changed before confirming.
- Nothing is saved as final until the user confirms — extraction alone never finalizes the record.
- Fields that failed to extract are shown empty for manual entry, never silently omitted.
- Confirming saves the document to the project's library, attached to the confirmed project/category, and updates its evidence status.
