GET /projects/{project_id}/activity

- User can view a chronological activity log for the project, loaded via GET /projects/{project_id}/activity, including archive/restore events.
- System displays each activity entry with timestamp, actor, and action description so the user can audit project history.
- If GET /projects/{project_id}/activity returns an empty list, the app shows an empty state (e.g., 'No activity yet') instead of a blank screen.
- If the activity request fails, the app shows an error state with a retry option rather than stale or missing data.
