- User can view the project's team members and pending invitations, with the app calling GET /projects/{project_id}/team and rendering each member's name, role, and status.
- User can invite a new team member; on submit, the app calls POST /projects/{project_id}/invitations and the new invitation appears in the pending list.
- User can change a member's role or remove a member, with the app calling PATCH /projects/{project_id}/team/{target_user_id} or DELETE /projects/{project_id}/team/{target_user_id} respectively and reflecting the change in the list upon success.
- User can revoke a pending invitation, with the app calling DELETE /projects/{project_id}/invitations/{invitation_id} and removing it from the list; failed actions show an error message without altering the list.
