GET /projects/{project_id}/property

- User can view the project's property details, with the app calling GET /projects/{project_id}/property and rendering fields such as address, property type, and unit information as returned by the API.
- User can open the property details screen from the project's more-options menu and see the latest saved data on load.
- If GET /projects/{project_id}/property fails or returns no data, the system shows a non-blocking error or empty state rather than a blank screen.
