GET /projects/{project_id}/documents

- User can browse documents organized into smart folders, with folder contents loaded via GET /projects/{project_id}/documents.
- User can tap a folder to see its documents and tap any document to open it in the document viewer.
- Each document row displays key metadata (name, type, date) so the user can identify files without opening them.
- If GET /projects/{project_id}/documents returns no folders/documents, the app shows an empty state prompting the user to upload.
