• User can view a document dashboard summarizing all files and media tied to the project, populated via GET /projects/{project_id}/documents/dashboard.
• Dashboard displays counts/categories (e.g., documents, receipts, images, videos) so the user can jump into the relevant section.
• If the project has no documents, the dashboard shows an empty state with a clear call-to-action to upload or scan a document.
• If GET /projects/{project_id}/documents/dashboard fails, the app shows a non-blocking error message with a retry option.
