GET /wallet/pin

Acceptance criteria · drafted by Product agent

User can enter the OTP sent to their registered contact to verify identity before resetting the transaction PIN.
On screen load, the app calls GET /wallet/pin to confirm the current PIN status and determine whether OTP verification is required.
System validates the OTP format and shows an inline error if the entry is incomplete or invalid.
On successful OTP verification, the user is navigated to the New transaction PIN screen.
