• User can compose and send a message to the support team from the message screen.
• On submit, the app calls POST /agent/chat with the composed message and confirms delivery to the user in the thread.
• System validates that the message body is non-empty before enabling the send action.
• If POST /agent/chat fails, the system preserves the drafted message and shows an error with the option to retry.
