POST /auth/verify-reset-otp

- User can enter the 6-digit OTP sent to their registered contact and submit, which calls POST /auth/verify-reset-otp.
- System validates the OTP format (numeric, expected length) client-side before submission and shows inline errors for invalid input.
- On successful verification, the app navigates the user to the new-password screen; on failure, it shows an error and allows re-entry of the code.
- System enforces OTP expiration and attempt limits, showing a clear message with a resend option when the code is expired or too many attempts are made.
