POST /auth/forgot-password

- User can enter their registered email address and submit the form, which calls POST /auth/forgot-password.
- System validates the email field is non-empty and properly formatted before allowing submission.
- On successful submission, the app shows a confirmation message instructing the user to check their email/OTP, regardless of whether the account exists (to avoid account enumeration).
- System displays inline error messaging if the request fails (e.g., network error or rate limit) without clearing the entered email.
