POST /agent/chat

- User can start a chat session with the support agent from the chat-support screen.
- On sending a message, the app calls POST /agent/chat and displays the agent's response in the conversation thread.
- System shows a sending/typing indicator while POST /agent/chat is in flight and an error message with retry if the call fails.
- User can view the full chat history within the session and exit the chat without losing the transcript.
