  • On load, the app calls GET /contractors/contacts/{contact_id}/bank-accounts and lists the vendor's existing bank accounts for selection.
  • The user can add a new bank account; on submit the app calls POST /contractors/contacts/{contact_id}/bank-accounts and the new account appears in the selectable list.
  • The user must select a bank account before proceeding; the continue action is disabled until a selection is made.
