• On load, the app calls GET /contractors/contacts and renders all saved vendors/merchants in a list with name and key details.
• The app calls GET /contractors/contacts/suggestions and surfaces suggested vendors/merchants the user can add with one tap.
• Tapping a vendor/merchant navigates to its details screen (screen 2 or 3 depending on transaction history).
• If the contacts list is empty, the app shows the empty state (screen 0).
