- Given the selected vendor has no transactions, the app shows the no-transactions detail view with bank account info and a clear CTA to make a payment.
- On load, the app calls GET /contractors/contacts/{contact_id}/bank-accounts and displays the vendor's linked bank accounts.
- The app calls GET /contractors/{contractor_id}/transactions; if the result is empty, the no-transactions state is shown instead of the transactions list.
- Tapping the pay CTA navigates to make-payment (screen 6).
