POST /projects/{project_id}/transactions

- User can create a new transaction by entering amount, date, payee, and category, and on submit the app calls POST /projects/{project_id}/transactions and shows the newly created transaction in the transaction feed.
- System validates required fields (amount > 0, valid date) before enabling the submit action.
- On successful creation, the user is navigated to the transaction detail view with a confirmation state.
- If the POST fails (network or validation error), the user sees an inline error and their entered data is preserved.
