- User can see a list of all transactions flagged as duplicates, sourced from GET /projects/{project_id}/transactions/issues.
- Each duplicate entry shows enough context (e.g., amount, date, counterpart transaction) for the user to decide which record to keep.
- User can tap a duplicate transaction to open its detail screen (duplicate-transaction) for resolution.
- If no duplicates exist, the screen shows an empty state indicating no duplicate issues.
