  • User can browse or search the budget catalog loaded via GET /budget/catalog to choose a category for the selected transaction.
  • On confirming a category, the app calls POST /projects/{project_id}/transactions/{transaction_id}/categorize with the selected category and shows a success confirmation.
  • System validates that a category is selected before enabling the confirm action.
  • On success, the user is returned to the issues flow with the transaction no longer flagged as not-assigned.
