- User can view the transaction and its remaining unsplit amount via GET /projects/{project_id}/transactions/{transaction_id}.
- User can allocate the remaining amount across one or more splits; the app calls POST /projects/{project_id}/transactions/{transaction_id}/split on submit.
- System validates that the sum of split amounts equals the transaction amount (or remaining balance) and blocks submission with a clear message if it doesn't.
- On successful split, the app shows the updated split breakdown and returns the user to the transaction details view.
