Acceptance criteria · drafted by Product agent

  • User can view the transaction and any existing splits via GET /projects/{project_id}/transactions/{transaction_id}.
  • User can create or edit a split by assigning an amount and category; on submit the app calls POST /projects/{project_id}/transactions/{transaction_id}/split.
  • System validates each split amount is positive and that total splits do not exceed the transaction amount, showing inline errors otherwise.
  • On success, the app refreshes the split view to reflect saved allocations and indicates any remaining unsplit balance.
