- Given the activity feed has more entries than fit on screen, when the user scrolls to the bottom, the app fetches the next page from GET /projects/{project_id}/activity and appends older activities without duplicating or reordering existing entries.
- While additional activities are loading on scroll, the app shows a loading indicator at the end of the feed; if no more activities exist, the app shows an end-of-feed indicator and makes no further requests.
- Given a scroll fetch fails, the app shows a retry affordance and preserves the already-loaded activity entries.
