POST /auth/forgot-password

- User can enter their registered email and submit the form; on submit, the app calls POST /auth/forgot-password and shows a confirmation message that a reset code has been sent.
- System validates that the email field is non-empty and correctly formatted before enabling submission.
- On success, the app navigates the user to the OTP verification screen (reset-password/otp).
- To avoid account enumeration, the app displays the same confirmation message whether or not the email exists in the system.
