- User can view the current budget from GET /projects/{project_id}/budget with items flagged by insights (e.g., over/under typical cost).
- User can adjust an individual item's amount and on save the app calls PATCH /projects/{project_id}/budget/items/{item_id} and updates the displayed totals.
- System validates the new amount is a positive number and shows inline errors for invalid input.
- On successful save, the app returns the user to budget-insights with refreshed forecast data.
