- User can manually enter bank account details (routing number, account number, account type) or card details as an alternative to the Plaid flow.
- System validates routing number format (ABA checksum) and account number length before enabling submission, and shows specific inline errors for invalid input.
- On submit, the app calls POST /wallet/setup-intent and shows a pending-verification state for manually entered bank accounts or a success state for cards.
- User can cancel manual entry and return to the add-account/card screen without persisting partial data.
