- User can view transaction details along with a suggested category via GET /projects/{project_id}/transactions/{transaction_id}.
- User can accept the suggested category; the app calls POST /projects/{project_id}/transactions/{transaction_id}/categorize and confirms the categorization inline.
- User can reject the suggestion and choose a different category, which triggers the same categorize endpoint with the user-selected value.
- If no suggestion is available, the screen falls back to manual category selection without showing an empty suggestion state.
