- User sees a list of their recent searches and/or recently accessed records, each clickable to re-run or open directly.
- User can clear all recent searches with a single action, and the list empties immediately.
- User can select a recent item; the app either navigates to the record or populates the query and runs GET /search.
- No GET /search call is made from this screen unless the user selects an item or types a new query.
