- When the user opens target completion, the app calls GET /projects/{project_id} and displays the project's current target completion date.
- Given the user edits the target completion date, the app validates the input (e.g., valid date format) before enabling submission.
- On save, the app calls PATCH /projects/{project_id} with the updated target completion date and, on success, shows a confirmation and reflects the new date on the overview; on failure, it shows an error and retains the user's input.
