GET /properties/search

- User can search for a property and the app calls GET /properties/search with the entered address, showing a loading state while the request is in flight.
- System displays search results with matching property candidates so the user can select one.
- If no results are returned, the app navigates the user to the not-found path (screen 6).
- If exactly one match is returned, the app navigates to the one-result screen (screen 4).
