- User can edit the item's fields (e.g., name, category, amount) and on save the app calls PATCH /projects/{project_id}/budget/items/{item_id} and shows a success confirmation.
- User can delete the budget item after explicit confirmation, and the app calls DELETE /projects/{project_id}/budget/items/{item_id} and removes the item from the displayed budget.
- System validates required fields and numeric constraints before enabling the save action.
